The residence Chick & KOT Hocheporte has facilities that guarantee energy efficiency.

The building benefits from photovoltaic panels and a gas cogeneration system that re-injects electricity allowing a major saving in energy costs, as well as the production of hot water produced by thermodynamic boilers (heat pump).

In the end, they are performing PEBs that are attributed to each lot.

The lease in Chick & Kot

Each lease has a duration of 12 months. Possibility to reduce the duration for Erasmus with an increase of the rent. The lease expires at the end of the 12 months by a termination notified by registered letter three months before the expiry date.

The deposit requested is equivalent to 2 months of rent (previously paid before entering the premises)
